Shipping Coverage

Furinora ships internationally. Shipping availability may vary depending on your location. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.


Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of order value.

All prices on our website are displayed in AUD and USD, depending on your selected currency.

There are no hidden shipping charges. The price you see at checkout is the final price for delivery.


Order Processing & Delivery Time

We understand that once you’ve found the perfect décor piece, you want it delivered as soon as possible.

Order Details:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT)

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–14 business days (depending on destination)

  • Shipping Cost: Free

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs procedures (for international orders).


Damaged Items

We carefully package all home décor items to ensure safe delivery. However, if your item arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to support@furinora.com.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

If the replacement item also arrives damaged or defective, you will be eligible for a full refund.


Incorrect Address or Contact Information

If you need to update your shipping address or phone number:

  • Contact us immediately at support@furinora.com.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we will update the details.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

  • Contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

  • If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement.

  • If the order is not delivered within 60 days of shipment, you may request a full refund.


Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, customs fees or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority.
